Hello and welcome to Inner Space Studio.
I’m Page Heenan, a writer, and the owner and founder of Inner Space Studio, where I teach various forms of meditation while respecting the integrity of their cultural and spiritual traditions. I am interested in helping people release stress, enhance overall happiness, and enjoy living in a more calm, kind, awakened, abundant, and fearless state. I am also the author of Giggle Belly, an internationally sold book about bodies and movement for children, and an award-winning photographer.
People write to me from around the world with passionate responses to the emails and meditations I have released. Some people are new to meditation, and some have been consciously pursuing their own well-being for years. They are all grateful. Many write that they feel better. Others write asking how they can feel better.
All of these responses speak to the existence of a community of people who see the active pursuit of well-being as essential to a joy-filled life.
Meditation is not the only way. Being in nature, savoring or finding gratitude in any moment, journalling, practicing movement, paying close attention—there are so many simple ways to improve the quality of your life.
Inner Space Studio is a place to distribute ideas for how we can navigate life and increase our well-being. It’s a place for all of us to connect.
