We’ve all been there, sleeplessly tossing and turning. When we don’t sleep well our mental health can suffer. It’s harder to think clearly when we’re tired, and so the cycle continues.
We have the stress of our usual lives. Add in natural disasters, election season, wars, and the general uncertainty of what’s next and it’s no wonder insomnia and trouble sleeping is a chronic issue. We never know what is around the corner, but I do know that a good night’s sleep sure helps us stay healthy, alert, and strong.
