Sometimes you just want to hit the reset button. You know the feeling. You might be overwhelmed, distressed, anxious, or just plain busy. You might even see this and think that you don’t have ten minutes to meditate, so I will get right to it.
Meditation has so many benefits if you practice consistently, but it can also give you a short respite to refresh. When you meditate, you are taking time for yourself to relax, untense, and unwind. If you can settle in, you will feel better afterward. It will be as if you have taken a nice, restorative nap.
This is one of my favorite meditations. I hope you find time to give it a go.
