Hello there!
This is our sixth annual gift guide, filled with treasures for the holiday season. Some of these gifts offer a mindful moment, some bring delight to the mundane, and others are just plain fun. It is such a busy time of year, so I am sending this a little earlier than normal. Happy gifting!
Get Cozy
Safe, cared for, at ease, warm, comfortable. It’s a feeling we all crave.
The Coziest House Shoes
If you have taken yoga classes with me you have heard me talk about how important it is to take care of your feet. They are our foundation.
Aside from being super comfortable, these Japanese house slippers are also reversible and machine-washable. And they roll up for travel. These make the BEST holiday gift for friends, family, co-workers—you name it.
DONNI. - The Sweater Rib Simple Pant and The Sweater Rib Cardi
My favorite brand for elevated lounge clothes and basics. Easy to wear - comfortable and so chic. I love the espresso, but all the colors are classics.
The Original Weighted Pillow
This weighted pillow is immediately comforting. When you’re searching for calm, comfort, or focus it can be a great help. It’s sized perfectly for your lap or for a stress-relieving hug. Easier to move around than a weighted blanket and fits in with any decor.
Not a Creature Was Stirring Candle
Eek! This is the most fun candle I have seen in a while. And it gives off the warm scent that you crave during the holiday season. You will actually want to save the vessel when the candle has burned and it comes in a giftable presentation box.
Exceptional Under Eye Patches
Pro Tip: Put these on for meditation.
What a nice way to take care of yourself. MADE SAFE certified and 100% biodegradable as they instantly dissolve under warm water after use. The gold standard of under-eye patches.
Find a Moment of Mindful Joy
Add dollops of pleasure into your day. Elevate the mundane. Notice joyful things.
Field Flower Press
This flower press is a pretty way to preserve your botanical keepsakes. Lightweight enough to use in the field. Sustainably made in Michigan.
Window Bird Feeder
We all know nature is healing. If you can’t get to nature, bring it to you! This acrylic feeding house secures to the outside of any window and holds up to 12 pounds of birds and seeds. Squirrel safe. But make sure to clean the pull-out tray because it is, after all, attached to your window, and birds are messy eaters.
Forest Pebble Stones
The Kate McLeod Body Stone (Lotion Bar) was in the gift guide a few years ago and I still love it. I have since started using these pebbles which are single-use solid body moisturizers you can rub over your skin just before you get out of the shower. It is a lovely, nourishing ritual. They come in different scents. My favorite is forest, but have a look and try a few. You won’t be sorry.
You can also drop one in your bath if you are a bath person. Your skin will thank you.
Chic Toothbrushes
Ahh the humble toothbrush. Perfect for bringing joy to daily mundane tasks. Finally, oral care as chic as your decor! An included brush cover doubles as a brush rest. The perfect luxe stocking stuffer!
N.03 The Essential Soft Hair Brush
Are you sensing a brush theme? Meditation teachers say: drink tea mindfully, brush hair mindfully, etc. Yes, please. A great way to slow down and make a daily ritual more pleasant.
One of my favorite presents from my childhood was a hairbrush and a box of ribbons. It made me feel so fancy. That is the feeling to go for—making the little moments special. This Parisian-made accessory is a very grown-up (and award-winning) hairbrush that will provide moments of well-being, and shiny, healthy hair.
Insulated Canteen
Sorry to burst your bubble, but I am not a fan of the Stanley cup. However, I would use this canteen with a fun vintage vibe! The colors are fab and it will keep beverages cold up to 24 hours and warm up to 12 hours.
Take Action
Meditation helps prepare us to take the right actions. These gifts will help keep you on track.
Hobonichi Techo 2025 Planner
Planners and I have a funny relationship. As an experiment for 2024, I decided to see if I could hold all the appointments I made in my head as a sort of memory test. It went very well, or at least I think it did.
I have big ambitions for the year ahead and am taking the opposite approach. A hyper-responsible friend recommended this planner. It seems to have everything one could want in one place. And it lays flat, which feels important. I like this pen to go with it.
Vuori Restore Trench Coat
Antoni Porowski and I are both ambassadors for Vuori.
This coat solves the problem of what to wear over your workout clothes so that you can run an errand and still look chic. Plus, it goes in the washing machine. Win-win. It comes in black which is possibly more practical.

Psst, also the Halo Slim Flares.
Canyon Coffee
If you drink coffee, this is the one. It’s the first-ever Regenerative Organic Certified coffee. And it tastes good, or I wouldn’t recommend it. Canyon Coffee sources the highest quality organic coffee from around the world and roasts it in Los Angeles.
To Go With Your Coffee
Consistently voted the best cookies in New York City. Need I say more?
Women Holding Things by Maira Kalman
My best advice is to buy a copy for yourself and then ten more for the women in your life. You will understand why I am saying this once you read it. Women taking action!
Connection
We are all connected.
East Fork Pottery—Asheville North Carolina
Hurricane Helene has ravaged Asheville and Western North Carolina, and the residents need our support. Your purchase helps keep this local treasure and its employees afloat.
My daughter and I stumbled onto this special pottery on a trip to Asheville, North Carolina a few years ago. The colors are gorgeous. Stick with your favorite or collect them and make a rainbow.
Bookshop—My List of the Best Fiction I’ve Read in 2024
Reading builds empathy and expands our imaginations. It connects us to diverse places, periods, and people. You get to see the world through the eyes of another. Keep checking back, as I update each time I find a new gem.
